Which foods should I steer clear of if I have adenomyosis?

Asked 3 years ago

Are there any dietary restrictions for someone with adenomyosis? Which foods should I be avoiding?

Adenomyosis can be managed in addition to health recommendations. Foods and things to steer clear from includes alcohol consumption, cigarette smoking, acidic food like vinegar and pickles. Also, avoid artificial sugars, processed meat and foods and high salt content. Instead, eat foods like legumes, honey, peppermint, cinnamon, nuts, whole grain, fruit and vegetables.
