Morning vs. night: Which is better for trying to conceive?

Asked 3 years ago

My husband and I have been trying for a baby, and so far we have been unsuccessful. We only try in at night, however, and I was wondering if this maybe had anything to do with it? Is night or day better for trying to conceive?

A woman has a short fertility window in which to conceive every month. This is the five days before ovulation and the day after ovulation. While some sources say that having sex in the morning may increase the chances of conception, it is better to vary the time of day you have sex. This increases your chances of catching the ovulation and fertility window.
