Do anti-inflammatory foods help with fertility?

Asked 3 years ago

Can eating foods which help with inflammation be good for fertility? If so, how does it help?

Yes. Raised levels of inflammation negatively affect sperm and egg quality, which reduces fertility and the rate of conception. Reducing inflammation can positively affect both male and female fertility and is a proven strategy for improving sperm and egg quality. Controlling inflammation through an anti-inflammatory diet can significantly increase your chances of getting pregnant.
