Breakthrough bleeding: Should I stop the birth control pill?
Asked 2 years ago
Hi. While I am on the birth control pill, I do sometimes experience breakthrough bleeding. However, I have been bleeding for a week this time, and it's only been getting heavier. I've also been experiencing all the symptoms of regular menstruation: headaches, backache, cramps, etc. Should I stop the birth control pill for a system reset? I have endometriosis which is in stage 4, but it doesn't really affect me much. Any suggestions and experiences are welcome. TIA
