Is it normal to have a one day period?

Asked 3 years ago

Everyone else that I know either has between a five to seven day period, while mine only lasts for one day. Is this weird?

The average woman's period lasts three to five days per month. However, a period that lasts only two days or seven days is also considered typical. It could be attributed to a multitude of factors if your menstruation usually lasts many days but suddenly becomes significantly shorter. It's natural to be concerned if your period suddenly becomes substantially shorter. While it could be an early symptom of pregnancy, there are a variety of other things to consider, such as lifestyle choices, birth control, or a medical condition.
