Which foods have positive effects on Endo stomach?

Sometimes the meals that I eat makes the pain from my endometriosis unbearable. Does anyone know which foods can actually be beneficial for my Endo stomach?

There are a few things you can do to relieve the symptoms of endo belly.

Foods that ease the pain and inflammation from endometriosis include those rich in fiber such as whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables as well as those rich in iron such as broccoli or other dark green leafy vegetables or fortified grains and nuts. Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as flax seeds, salmon, trout, herring or walnuts are also recommended. Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
