What to do if I have an endo belly?

Hi, I've been diagnosed with endometriosis not too long ago and have been stuck with bloat for days now. It's so uncomfortable, and I cannot take it anymore. Can you tell me how to flatten an endo stomach and prevent further bloating? Thanks in advance for any help!

None of these are cures but I have found them to be very effective in reducing endo belly symptoms. 1. Drink a lot of water. Water reduces inflammation and bloating, not only that, it is amazing for your general health. 2. Do Yoga. Light stretches relieve the bloated feeling and also help relieve pain. Make sure to avoid any yoga moves that are too difficult until you are done healing. 3. Adjust Diet. Often, I am bloated because of my diet. Following a low FODMAP diet and avoiding processed food will reduce bloating.

Mostly bloating is caused by inflammation of the intestines which is caused by sugars as well as gluten and lactose for most people. Avoid foods you are allergic to like bread, alcohol, milk, sugars etc.
