Does a IUD make endometriosis pain better?

Asked 3 years ago

Would you say a UID is better than the birth control pill for endometriosis in terms of pain?

An IUD is a method of birth control that is inserted directly into the uterus through the cervical canal by a healthcare practitioner. The IUD secretes progestin, a hormone that can lessen or entirely eliminate menstruation. As a result, it frequently relieves the pain associated with endometriosis and painful periods.
